This portable ladder can be increased by at least one-inch increments, giving you different heights for different areas that you need to reach.

5. Tool Belt – This may not be a tool per se but you will be glad you have this once you start working on a project and you need several tools close at hand. With a tool belt, you can carry around several tools that you will be needing enabling you to easily switch from one tool to the next without having to get up to get it.

There are plenty of other tools that you can use around the house as you work on your home improvement projects. Some of these are hand powered tools while others are of a larger dimension, depending on what you need.
